I was prescribed clonazepam and Ambien about 15 years ago as part of treatment for bipolar disorder. I say this to explain how I have them on hand.
I stay away from alcohol per se, but I've learned that when I throw NyQuil into the mix it results in a pleasant kind of numbness, or the escape of sleep.
This past July I went through a painful breakup, and this pharmacological cocktail has become my crutch. I'm now in the beginning of September and I can't function very well without some mix I've discovered.
I'm at a loss, but I know I have a problem and I want to kick it!
